Thank you for your interest in the TAC Road Safety Grant Program.
This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Collaboration Grant category.
Funding of up to $150,000 (ex. GST) is available to support the planning and delivery of larger community road safety projects to be delivered in collaboration with the TAC.
The objectives of this grant program are to:
- Create a sense of shared responsibility for reducing road trauma within the Victorian community.
- Build and sustain meaningful relationships with community groups and organisations that will contribute to improved road safety outcomes.
- Empower communities to advocate for changes that will have positive road safety outcomes.
- Deliver evidence-based projects that have the potential to reduce and prevent road trauma.
This EOI will require you to:
- Demonstrate that your organisation meets the eligibility criteria.
- Articulate the identified road safety issue or need and its alignment with the grant program objectives.
- Outline the proposed project and how it will address the identified issue or need.
- Outline how you intend to work in collaboration with the TAC to deliver your road safety project.
EOIs must be submitted no later than 3:00pm Friday 27 February 2026.
The TAC will review and respond by Friday 13 March 2026, with successful EOI applicants invited to complete a full grant application.
Please note that an invitation to submit a full grant application is not an indication of success. All applications will be assessed competitively against the merit criteria.
Before commencing this EOI, please ensure you have read and are familiar with the Support and Collaboration Grant Funding Guidelines. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the TAC Road Safety Grants Team at rsgrants@tac.vic.gov.au.
